Numeracy

CCGPS schools offer a variety of numeracy activities and learning options such as:

  • maths competitions
  • specialised programs (eg. QuickSmart, Numeracy at Home, Targeting Early Numeracy)
  • community involvement
  • financial literacy lessons
  • high school maths challenge days for year 6 students
  • middle school programs where year 6 students are invited to their feeder high school to participate in hands-on lessons
